On one of my proposals entitled Crossover trial and randomization: A Conceptual and Theoretical lookout focusing on Language Learning with a secondary analysis: A] If a certain two-group of the original language learning participant students been initially randomized to language A but not B, and vice versa, noted that neither A nr B is Taiwanese (Holo), decided to accept Taiwanese (Holo) upon the completion of the crossover trial, a new analysis would be required for the additional study. Such a study would be unrelated to the original since there is no direct comparison between two groups. Instead, there is merely follow-up observation of an intervention. Such an observation was provided to some of the aforementioned original participants. B]The new study would be considered as an observational design. Of importance

in this context is the fact that in order to determine whether or not the new study is truly experimental, it will be necessary to ascertain at least some comparisons between two groups that differ on the basis of an intervention of interest. Taiwanese (Holo), for instance, is the intervention in the context of the current discussion. * After reading the aforecited part of my paper, a reader made a comment as following : It appears that the author is trying to make the point that participants in randomized controlled trials that cross over can be analyzed separately.
