My name is Jane Edwards and I recruit foreign language consultants for the National Foreign Language Center a the University of Maryland. Currently we are creating Min Nan Learning Objects. We are looking for consultants to work with us on this project. The work will begin immediately and continue through February. It is part-time and done from ones home computer. MIN NAN CONSULTANTS
The National Foreign Language Center at the University of Maryland is seeking Min Nan speaking language consultants to work with us developing online materials in Min Nan.
Duties may include:
* Locating and selecting authentic listening and reading content in Min Nan according to guidelines
* Creating a glossary
* Creating background notes.
* Reviewing content and online lessons
Requirements:
* Native or near-native speaker of Min Nan
* Ability to type and read in both Min Nan and English
* May live in the US or abroad; however, if living in the US, must have permission to work in the US.
* Good basic computer skills
* Experience developing language learning materials (preferable)
* Experience teaching Min Nan(preferable)
